Our online store is still fully operational and we are still accepting warranty claims. Please note that during these changing times, our customer service hours may occasionally be relatively longer, but we will try to maintain the service hours in our shipping policy as our principle.

Order status terms

Pending — Order received (unpaid)
Processing — Payment received (paid) and stock has been held; order is awaiting fulfillment at the warehouse.
Completed — Order fulfilled and complete – shipment tracking included.
Canceled — Canceled by our CS team or by the customer.
