  1. Return Policy
    Because sex toys are personal items, we do not accept returns of opened and used products due to their hygiene and safety. Here are the return terms:

    Note: The return shipping will be borne by the customer.

    ② Unpacked used products: We do not accept any return of unpacked and used products, because this product is for personal use, we will not take back any used products in view of personal hygiene.   2. Exchange Policy
    We promise to exchange for you within 30 days, because sex toys are personal items, we do not accept the exchange of opened and used products due to its hygiene and safety. The following are the exchange terms:

    At the same time, we will repackage a brand new product for you within 2 working days, and send you a new product free of charge as a replacement product according to your order address contact phone information. (You will receive our order number as a package tracking record)
    The advantage of this is that you do not need to send new products for you after 7-20 days of receipt of your products, which will delay the use and experience of customers.
    ②Replacement due to personal preference after opening: We are very sorry, we do not accept exchanges after opening due to personal experience. Also because of personal items, we cannot accept this exchange due to hygiene and safety.
  3. Cancel the order Policy
    For our products, cancel the order within 24 hours after accepting the order, if you have any questions about the order, please contact us through the customer service email [email protected].
    ①You need to contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, the order product will start to be packaged and enter the delivery process (1-5 working days);
